About the Position
Alice is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive execution across our Android malware research operation. The role covers project planning and delivery, day-to-day coordination across research and development teams, and direct communication with clients on active engagements. We're looking for a seasoned PM with a strong analytical background who can work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver malware research and development projects end-to-end — scope, timelines, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate across research, development, and product teams to ensure smooth execution and clear handoffs
- Work with SQL and statistical analysis to measure project performance, throughput, and quality
- Partner with team leads to track delivery metrics and identify where the team needs support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on active engagements, managing expectations, progress updates, and deliverable reviews
- Present project status and research outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders
- Refine operational processes, workflows, and quality standards for research delivery
- Track new employee onboarding and ramp-up progress on active projects
Requirements
Must-Have
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing projects in at least one of the following: software development, engineering, or technical research (e.g., cybersecurity, malware research). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Monday, Asana, Linear)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on scope
- Hands-on SQL proficiency and strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis
- Experience tracking and reporting on employee performance metrics
- Strong client-facing experience with clear presentation and communication skills
- Valid international government-issued photo ID (e.g., current passport or international driver's license) for identity verification and global client interaction
Nice-to-Have
- Background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or malware research
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, R)
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
- Experience presenting to C-level executives
- Familiarity with malware research tools (JADX, Ghidra, IDA Pro, Frida, Burp Suite, Wireshark)
- Understanding of the mobile threat landscape and Android ecosystem
