About the Position
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Full-stack Developer to join our team for maternity leave cover, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role. This position is ideal for an analytical problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and can seamlessly integrate technical expertise with business acumen to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain production-grade frontend and backend systems that power our AI platform
- Own features end-to-end: design → implement → deploy → monitor → improve
- Build observability and monitoring across the stack (Coralogix, OpenTelemetry, or similar)
- Partner with the AI and data teams to deliver platform capabilities that support multi-agent systems
- Help establish engineering best practices; drive code quality, reviews, and standards
- Move fast using AI coding tools - Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
Requirements
- 4+ years hands-on full stack development in production environments
- Strong React/TypeScript and Python experience
- Production experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, CI/CD)
- Passion for AI-assisted development and agentic coding (Experience with Cursor, Calude Code, GH Co-Pilot, etc)
- Fast learner who actively explores new tools and technologies
- Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and evangelizing what works
Nice to have
- Observability tools: Coralogix, Datadog, OpenTelemetry
- Experience with IaC (Terraform)
- Background in security, trust & safety, or similar domains
