Freelancer - OSINT/WEBINT Analyst - Chinese Focus
About the Position
ActiveFence is looking for a native or fluent Chinese-speaking OSINT/WEBINT Analyst to join our global Threat Intelligence network.
You’ll help us uncover and analyze emerging risks across the clearnet, darknet, and messaging platforms - focusing on Chinese-language threat actor ecosystems and online safety challenges that impact millions of users worldwide.What You’ll Do
- Conduct OSINT/WEBINT investigations on illicit online communities, marketplaces, and malware trends.
- Identify, analyze, and report on emerging cyber threats and fraudulent ecosystems.
- Turn raw intelligence into clear, actionable insights that drive real impact.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Experience in OSINT/WEBINT or threat research - including social media, chats, or dark web sources.
- Strong analytical and writing skills in English.
- Bonus: scripting experience (e.g., Python) or prior work in cyber threat intelligence.
