Intelligence Operations Analyst
About the Position
Alice identifies and tracks harmful content online. We support technology platforms, corporate enterprises, NGOs, and governments in their fight against terror, hate speech, disinformation, child sexual abuse, organized crime, and other malicious activities on the internet.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intelligence Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will conduct advanced investigations, analyze digital ecosystems, monitor cyber and insider threats, and transform raw intelligence into actionable insights that help address some of the internet’s most complex threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive research and analysis on online threats, including criminal networks, exploitation, disinformation, and other harmful digital activity.
- Generate actionable intelligence reports and high-quality insights.
- Lead and manage operational workflows, from data collection to intelligence delivery.
- Monitor and anticipate evolving tactics of malicious actors to stay ahead of emerging threats.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operational teams for intelligence gathering efforts.
- Maintain and enhance intelligence knowledge bases, infrastructure and analytical tools to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
We are looking for a tech-savvy, proactive, and mission-driven expert with a “Can Do!” approach and the following skills and qualities:
Must Have:
- Background in Intelligence or equivalent.
- Proven OSINT/ WEBINT/ Cyber HUMINT expertise and experience conducting operational investigations in web and mobile environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory); additional languages are a significant advantage.
Nice to Have:
- Tech-driven mindset, with experience in data or technology-oriented organizations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, mobile and cyber threat ecosystems, or AdTech (strong advantage).
- Strong trend analysis capabilities and a sharp ability to identify evolving methodologies of online threat actors.
- A proactive, fast learner with curiosity, adaptability, and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Exceptional presentation and people skills, with customer-facing or B2B/Tech/Sales experience as a plus.
